Shaun Redwell was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago in the Roseland community. He attended Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where he majored in communications with a focus in radio/tv. Post graduation, he worked for iHeartMedia and begin to develop his hosting & emcee brand. Currently the in-arena host for the WNBA’s Chicago Sky and other professional basketball leagues, Redwell uses his platform to demonstrate service and leadership around the country. A multifaceted talent using creativity to improve community.

Sherri Jae is a Chicago native from the South Shore community, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Academically, she received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Chicago State University. Musically, Sherri Jae acquired three music business certifications from prominent institutions in Chicago, Los Angeles with the latest from NYU Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. Utilizing her experience in the entertainment industry, Sherri Jae has amassed a unique set of skills equipping her to teach her authored program, Music Business: Foundations in the Chicagoland area for The Red Well Foundation.

Brianna Daniels was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago in the Roseland community. She attended Roosevelt University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, as well as a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Currently, Brianna holds a Leadership position at a Fortune 100 Company.
